ed999 Responsible Gaming
Play for fun, stay within your limits — ed999 is committed to supporting you with a safe and healthy gaming experience.
Why Safe Gaming Matters
Remember: Online gaming is only for those aged 21 and above. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income.
ed999 believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of stress or anxiety. We understand that online gaming can sometimes become a habit and, in some cases, have a negative impact on personal life. That is why we provide a range of tools and resources to protect every one of our players.
Responsible gaming means being aware of your own limits, setting a budget, and maintaining a healthy mindset regardless of wins or losses. ed999's goal is to ensure every player stays safe and satisfied.
How to Recognise Problem Gaming
If any of the following apply to your life, it is important to take notice:
- A tendency to place more bets in an attempt to recover money that was lost.
- Hiding the extent of your gaming from family or friends.
- Spending money set aside for household expenses or debt repayment on gaming.
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming.
- Continuing to game at the expense of work, studies, or family responsibilities.
If any of these signs apply to you, contact the ed999 support team right away. Our 24/7 live chat and email service — [email protected] — is always here for you.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period, which protects you from impulsive decisions.
Temporary Break (Time-Out)
Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. Clear your head, then decide whether to return to gaming.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. It is possible to keep your account closed for a minimum of six months or permanently. To reactivate after taking this step, a review process must be followed.
Age Verification (21+)
Registration at ed999 is only for those aged 21 and above. A national identity card or passport is verified as proof of age. Keeping minors away from gaming is our responsibility.
Reality Check Reminder
Pop-up notifications at regular intervals will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. These reminders help you make informed decisions.

Practical Tips for Responsible Gaming
Plan Your Budget
Before playing on ed999, decide on a fixed budget — an amount you can afford to lose. This should never come from your family's essential expenses, rent, or debt repayments. You can start with a minimum deposit of ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — and setting a deposit limit from the start is a wise move.
Manage Your Time
Decide in advance how long you will spend gaming. Use an alarm or timer. Keeping ed999's reality check feature on will automatically remind you at set intervals.
Consider Your Mental State
Do not game when you are stressed, tired, or feeling low. In such states, your ability to make decisions is weakened and the urge to place larger bets increases. Rest first, then decide.
Accept Losses as Part of the Game
Wins and losses are both a normal part of gaming. After a loss, do not immediately place more bets trying to get your money back — this is known as "chasing losses" and is the most common cause of problem gaming. ed999 always advises: take a break when you lose.
Talk Openly with Those Close to You
Talk openly about your gaming habits with family or trusted friends. Take their concerns seriously. If someone feels your gaming is becoming a problem, it is important to listen to their advice.
When to Seek Professional Help
If you cannot control your gaming on your own, seek help from a mental health professional. The ed999 support team can guide you toward appropriate advice and resources — contact us via live chat or write to [email protected].
Know Your Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit and withdrawal across all methods at ed999 is ৳500. Fast transactions are possible through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Setting a deposit limit for yourself makes it even easier to stay on budget.
Check In with Yourself
Ask yourself the questions below. Honest answers will give you a clear picture of your gaming habits:
- Am I gaming for longer than I intended each day?
- After a loss, do I feel the urge to place more bets?
- Is my gaming affecting my family or professional relationships?
- Am I hiding my gaming from those close to me?
- Is money needed for essential expenses being spent on gaming?
- Have I tried to stop gaming and failed?
